"Jilter Lover" I like to use symbolism in my paintings. I am very visual, shapes, color and forms speak to me. Here in this painting, red dominates mostly the entire space a symbol of rage, love and passion. The different flowers is a disarray mix feeling in combination with deep sorrow and grief. The position of the model was important to me because when our strength has been touched to the edge the body collapses but still fighting for those moral beliefs that sustains us to keep going in life.
